I have 25 years\u2019 experience working with children, young people, and families with autism and neurodiverse presentations. For many years I taught in a school dedicated to supporting children with autism and more recently I have spent 10 years working for a local authority in South Wales as a specialist advisory teacher providing ALN support, advice and training to schools and community settings.<br><br>I pride myself on my friendly, approachable manner which helps to put people at ease so that we can explore current concerns together and discuss possible solutions.<br><br>Families and schools face a long wait for diagnostic and associated services.
